Food grade magnesium chloride, also known as water chlorite chemical formula MgCl2·6H2O, subfraction :203.. White crystals, columnar or needle-shaped, bitter. Soluble in water and ethanol, in high humidity, easy delix. Hot melt decomposition at 116~118ºC. Magnesium chloride, also known as halogen tablets and halogen, is made of water magnesite or directly made of salt mother liquor as raw materials. Edible magnesium chloride can be used as a food additive in the production of legumes, as a stabilizer or a coagulant. It is also widely used in the breeding industry.
